PAGEANT ADMISSION
Each contestant will
receive two (2) chaperone admission tickets with their registration fee.

PIZZA POOL PARTY
The pizza party will
be held Saturday evening, after all events are completed. The contestant’s
pizza party ticket, plus two (2) chaperone tickets, are included in their registration fee.

Our Crowning Ceremony
will be held on Sunday morning, following our breakfast buffet.
Breakfast – The contestant’s breakfast ticket,
plus two (2) chaperone tickets, are included in their registration fee. Additional
breakfast tickets are:

Crowning – Crowning Ceremony will be in your RAC
t-shirt, blue jeans or blue jean shorts, and white socks/shoes or white sandals. One
(1) RAC t-shirt is included with the registration fee. Additional t-shirts may
be purchased for family/friends. We encourage you to purchase extra t-shirts
in advance, as we will have a limited number available for sale at the pageant.

EVENTS
Program Book: Every contestant must submit a wallet-size picture for the program book.
This is mandatory! Each contestant will receive a copy of the program
book. This is something you will cherish for years to come! This photo will not be judged for the Photogenic competition. You
may postal mail photos, or email photos to MissJanineAndRAC@aol.com in JPEG, JPG, or GIF files – due by entry deadline!
Grand Supreme: The contestant with the highest
combined score from all required events will be crowned Grand Supreme. We will
award 6 Grand Supremes – 1 each from 0-9yr Natural girls, 0-9yr Glitz girls, 10+ Natural girls, 10+ Glitz girls, Natural
boys, Glitz boys. Grand Supremes will not be given the Beauty title in their
age division. (We do not double-crown!!)
Mini-Supreme: The contestant with the highest combined score from all required events, after Grand Supreme, will be crowned
Mini-Supreme. We will award 12 Mini-Supremes – 1 each from 0-4yr Natural
girls, 0-4yr Glitz girls, 5-9yr Natural girls, 5-9yr Glitz girls, 10-15yr Natural girls, 10-15yr Glitz girls, 16+ Natural
girls, 16+ Glitz girls, 0-6yr Natural boys, 0-6yr Glitz boys, 7-12yr Natural boys, 7-12yr Glitz boys. Mini-Supremes will not be given the Beauty title in their age division.
(We do not double-crown!!)

Pro-Am Sportswear, and Glitz Outfit-of-Choice.
Beauty:
Each age division will have 2 Beauty winners – 1 Natural and 1 Glitz. This
is the highest score from Beauty only. Girls under 12 years may
wear short or long dresses; girls 13 years and up should wear long gowns. Boys
may wear blazers, suits, tuxes, etc... Modeling will be “Miss America” style, set in
a “T” formation. Contestants will be judged on personality, presentation,
and attire. Natural contestants should look natural, with little or no makeup,
no falls or hair extensions, no flippers or false teeth, etc... Glitz contestants
may have falls, hair extensions, false teeth/eyelashes/etc, tanning, etc…
Photogenic: There will be 2 Photogenic winners from each division – 1 Natural and 1 Glitz. Please bring all photos to registration. Please do not mail! Be sure to include the contestant’s name and age on the back of the B/W or color
photo of any size (no larger than 10”X13”). No frames, please! Photos will be returned at the Crowning Ceremony.
Judging will be based on clarity, personality, and overall appeal. Natural
photos should look like the contestant; no “touched up” photos. Glitz
photos may be retouched.
Casual Sportswear: (This is a Natural event!) There will be a Casual Sportswear winner from each age division.
Contestants will model “Miss America” style to upbeat music. Attire should be something
a younger child might wear to play in, or an older child might wear for an interview.
Think “off-the-rack”. Knee pops and hands on hips will be
allowed. No spins, jumps, or “prissy” walks. Judging will be based
on personality, modeling ability for age, attire, eye contact, and overall appearance.
No false hair, and little to no makeup. If you have a question, just ask!
Pro-Am Sportswear: (This is a Glitz event!)
There will be a Pro-am Sportswear winner from each age division. You may
wear any type of sportswear from glitzy to vogue. There is a 2-minute time limit
on all routines. (Leave them wanting more, not less!) Judging will be based on skill for age, projection, eye contact, attire, and overall appearance.
Outfit of Choice: There will be 1 Natural and 1 Glitz Outfit of Choice winner in each age division. Anything goes! Some popular examples include: Swimwear/Beachwear
(swimsuits must be a one-piece for girls, swim trunks for boys.) Westernwear/Denimwear,
Sleepwear (must be age appropriate!), Patriotic wear, 50’s wear, Sports/Teamwear (think cheerleading, baseball,…). These are just a few ideas – be creative!
Modeling is freestyle; however, only Glitz contestants may do pro-am. Small
props will be allowed. (Please let us
know the type of attire you will be wearing so we can have appropriate music.)
*Note: Please keep in mind that
staging may not be designed for gymnastic moves/jumps, & while they are allowed in pro-am & some outfits-of-choice,
please take this into consideration when developing routines.
We will NOT
have changing rooms!
We encourage you to make reservations at the host hotel to sleep in, change in, hang out in, etc...!
AD SALES – PROGRAM BOOKS
All contestants are required to sell at least 1 ad page! (This is so everyone has a
“good luck” page!)
This is a great way
to win some wonderful prizes and help pay for your entry fee! You may have a
single sponsor for a full page, or you may mix and match several sponsors on a page.
All ads must be type-set and ready to copy. All ad sales are due by entry deadline! No exceptions! Get busy and let your sponsors pay your pageant fees! While
every effort is made to ensure your ads appear in the program book as you requested, we cannot be responsible for errors or
omissions to your page(s). You will receive full credit for your ad(s) in the
event of an error, but we do not give refunds. You may mix and match your page(s)
any way you like. As you sell a full page of ads (1 page = $50), use a single
sheet of typing paper (8 ½” X 11”), place a small amount of tape on the back of the picture, business card, etc…,
and tape it to the back of the paper. (Make sure your name is on the back of
each photo.) Put contestant’s first and last name at the bottom of the
page. *Please also include a wallet-size
photo for the contestant’s page!*

ad sales pay for the production of the pageant, judges, awards, ballroom rental, program books, etc… Selling ads has nothing to do with how your child places in the pageant.

CONTESTANT HOSPITALITY VOTES
Contestants may sell
“votes” for our Hospitality contest. Votes are $2.00 each. Please collect names of people voting for your contestant, and put together on an 8 ½”X11”
sheet of typing paper. Please have type-set and ready to copy. You may also include a photo of the contestant on that page. These
pages will also be included in the program book, so please be sure to include the contestant’s name at the bottom of
the page. Deadline for contestant votes is entry deadline!
Hospitality Winner – This is the contestant selling
the most votes overall. He/She will receive a rhinestone banner pin, custom sash,
crown, trophy, gift, and will be featured on the program book. You must sell
at least 50 votes to be eligible.
REFERRALS
(Another
great way to win fees paid!) Refer 3 new contestants to our system and enter
all events free!!! Referrals must be new to our pageant system, and must enter
all events. Your name must appear on the “referred by” line of their
entry form. For each referral under 3, you may deduct $50 from your fees.
SIBLING/FAMILY DISCOUNTS
First contestant enters at full price, second contestant enters at ½ price.

Rules/Notes from Royal American Cuties Pageant System
We pride ourselves on running a fair and honest pageant system. Our goal is for everyone to have fun, make friends, and to always feel like a winner! If you enjoy our pageants, please tell others. If you have
any questions or concerns, please contact the director personally – as you know, second-hand information is often wrong.
Poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated!
Poor sportsmanship, whether by the contestant or the parent/guardian, will result in the disqualification of the contestant
(with NO refund!). We want everyone to have a positive experience at our
pageants. The director has the right to refuse entries or disqualify contestants
based on past or present sportsmanship.
Fees are to be paid by money order only – cash only, the day of the pageant. Deposits are non-refundable. However,
if you send in your deposit and then become unable to attend the pageant, we will give you a credit to the next pageant.
Please contact the director for rules/info. on photo taking and videoing.
We encourage all of our Royalty to help out at pageants, participate in activities,
and make appearances. Reigning royalty (especially State & National) should
return the following year to crown their successors.
I have read all of the information and, by signing, I agree to all of the Rules

over 18) to have his/her/my name and/or picture used for promotional use (on the Royal American Cuties website, paperwork,
